diet pills. supplements.

it was said that all these are things that speed up the process. process in what?, you might ask... processing the food you had taken to the specific channels they are meant to be.

have you ever watch an advert or listen over the radio about eating these pills and yet still eat the same amount of food they ate before? or eat whatever they want to? i think that's load of bullshit.

it just doesn't make any sense, doesn't it? - you want to keep fit/healthy but yet dump junk food into your body? i guess it just takes two to tango. meaning, eat wisely and take the pills.

i'm trying to do the detox for 1 week and see how it'll go...

AM (7 - 12pm) Breakfast & snack on fruits, fruits and more fruits.
PM (12pm - 8pm) Sandwich, fruits, salad (if possible), snack on prunes/raisins - ** eat less meat
Drink - lemon-squeezed water all day along

wow. i think i can hear my stomach growl right now! i don'tknow whether i can make it...
